ARCHLine.XP Installation Instructions

Step 1

Once the ARCHLine.XP download is completed, run the installer file.

A language selection dialog box will appear, make sure English is selected, then click OK.

Select your installation destination location (default path recommended), then click OK.

ARCHLine.XP will be ready to install, click the Install button.

Step 4

Wait whilst ARCHLine.XP installs on your machine.

Step 5

Once the ARCHLine.XP installation completes, click Finish. You can choose to run ARCHLine.XP right after finishing leaving the tickbox checked.

ARCHLine.XP Licensing Instructions

Step 1

Run ARCHLine.XP from your desktop shortcut (or right after installing), then a 30-day trial pop-up message will appear if it’s the first time you open it. Click OK.

A welcome dialog box will appear, click the “I have already purchased the software. I register my software online with my Serial Number” button.

Step 3

Copy and paste your ARCHLine.XP serial number (16 digits) on the empty text box available.

Also, make sure the ‘I have Internet connection to activate automatically the license’ option from the drop-down list is selected, then click OK to activate

Step 4

After validating your license over the internet, simply restart ARCHLine.XP clicking the Yes button.

Step 5

The last step is to select the language and region, which loads all the Australian content into ARCHLine.XP, including Australian walls, floors, columns etc. Don’t forget to add the Australian template here: https://archlinexp.com.au/drawing-template/

Alternative way

If you had already started your 30 day trial, you can bring up the licensing window clicking the Help button (question mark icon) on the top right corner of the ARCHLine.XP screen, then click on Add License (Registration)

The Add License (Registration) option should be greened; if it’s greyed out that means your ARCHLine.XP license is active. If you are on a CAD Starter or educational license, to switch your license, simply click deactivate then add your new license, restart ARCHLine.XP and add license.
